Fottenbury and the most northeasterly point of the land herein described, said spike being S. 8 degrees 42' W., 119.52 feet from a spike set at the point of intersection of the center line of Vandement Road prolonged with the center line of Oak Corner Road; thence with the center line of Oak Corner Road S. 5 degrees 15' W., 200.00 feet to a spike; thence, leaving the road, with a severance line N. 88 degrees 39' W., 342.74 feet, passing an iron pin at 25.00 feet, to an iron pin; thence N. 5 degrees 15' E., 200.00 feet to an iron pin in a fence line and in Roger J. Fottenbury's line; thence with Roger J, Fottenburys line, a line marked by a fence line for the first approximate 322 feet, S. 88 degrees 39' E., 342.74 feet, passing an iron pin at 322.22 feet, to the place of beginning, and Containing 1.57 acres, subject to existing easements for public roads and highways and public utilities.
