Keyser and Minnetta L. Kyser property and lands now owned by Delbert Sitler said point being North 69 degrees 17' West 1827.88 feet from the intersection of Ohio State Route 558 and the Lisbon-Leetonia Road in Section 24, Salem Township, Columbiana County, Ohio; Thence North 3 degrees 58' East, 244.20 feet to an iron pin; Thence North 85 degrees 27' West, 466.1 feet to an iron pin; Thence South 3 degrees 09' West, 103.5 feet to the center of Ohio State Route 558; Thence with said Ohio State Route 558, South 68 degrees 44' East, 488.7 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.86 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Excepting therefrom the following described tract of land heretofore sold to Gary Newton by deed recorded in Volume 1113, Page 366 of Columbiana County Records. Situated in the Township of Salem, County of Columbiana and State of Ohio and known as and being a part of the West one-half of the Section 24, Township 15 (Salem), Range 3 in said County and State and is further bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point of intersection of State Route 558 and the Lisbon- Leetonia Road; Thence North 69 degrees 17' West 1827.88 feet along the centerline of said State Route 558 to the place of beginning of the tract to be described; Thence North 3 degrees 58' East 244.2 feet; Thence North 85 degrees 27' West, 191.0 feet; Thence South 3 degrees 58' West 187.25 feet to said centerline of St. Route 558; Thence South 68 degrees 48' East along said centerline 200.0 feet to the place of beginning and contains 0.904 acres of land be the same more or less.
