Bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin located at the intersection of the North line of Lot Number 426 and the West line of South Market Street in the Village of East Palestine, Ohio, thence North 1 degree 42' East along the West line of south market street, a distance of 114.5 feet to an iron pin and the true place of beginning, thence north 1 degree 42' east along the west line of south market street a distance of 51.7 feet to an iron pin but to the southeast corner of the lands now owned by Abe Hulton, thence north 85 degrees 15' West 181.5 feet to a point; thence North 1 degrees 42' East 45 feet to a point, thence north 85 degrees 15' West, 195.60 feet to an iron pin, thence South 2 degrees 12' West 96.7 feet to an iron pin, thence south 85 degrees 15' East 377.75 feet to an iron pin and the true place of beginning, containing 0.514 acres, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
