Moll and Josephine D. Moll his wife, as joint tenants, and not as tenants in common, in deed dated February 14, 1950 filed April 11, 1950 and recorded in Book 1203 on page 210, said last mentioned point being the point of beginning of the premises hereby intended to he described, running thence South along the West line of said Moll tract and distance of One Hundred Thirty-Nine (139) feet to a point, running thence West, parallel to the South line of Roman Street, a distance of Eight-five (85) feet to a point, running thence North parallel to the West line of said Moll tact a distance of One Hundred Thirty-Nine (139) feet to the South line of said Roman Street, running thence East along the South line of Roman Street, a distance of Eight-five (85) feet to the point of beginning. Except the coal and other minerals underlying the surface of said land and all rights and easements in favor of the estate of said coal and other minerals. Situated in St. Clair County, Illinois.
